"Should we try and follow that guy?"

 

Vox nods.

 

What sounds like a gunshot is heard in the distance.

 

Vox's head snaps towards the sound. He turns to the other and beckons them, then starts walking towards the sound.

 

"Uh... Why do you want us to head towards a gunshot?"

 

Vox shrugs.

 

"Wouldn't it be smarter to move in the opposite direction? I'm not in the mood to die at this moment in time."

 

"I'll have to agree with that."

 

The rain begins to pick up, as thunder crashes across the sky.

 

Mikov shrugs and follows Vox.

 

A low, rumbling noise is heard, and thick black smoke is seen coming from the forest off in the distance

 

Keagan wordlessly begins heading towards the source of the smoke.

 

Vox starts walking to it without telling anyone else that's what he's doing.

 

Mikov shrugs again and follows everyone else.

 

Aquari also follows everyone else.

 

what seems to be a very audible stream of curses can be in the direction of the smoke plume. a definitely angry sounding female voice can be easily heard.
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN MY FAULT?! YOU'RE THE ONE THAT PULLED A F***ING GUN ON ME!"

 

"Who's there?" Aquari calls out.

 

As you get closer you can see what is clearly an argument between a female floran with a mechanical arm and a human in military attire. a lone, rusted glitch sits among the wreckage of a once functional ship. the floran seems to have not heard you and continues to berate the others with her stream of angry yelling.

"And don't think I've forgotten about you glitch... we wouldn't even be in this mess if you hadn't thrown a party for our ninety year old pilot and GIVEN HIM A GOD DAMN HEART ATTACK!"

 

That's one angry floran...
"Uh, excuse me..." Aquari says in the calmest voice she can make.

 

Polonsky was startled by Aquari's introduction and pulled his gun and aimed it at her."Identify yourself!"
