"Great. Anybody else?"

 

Vox nods and walks over.

 

"Be out in a minute!" She called, turning her arm back on. "Okay you... Why do you keep on trying to-" the arm then immediately grabs her screwdriver and threatens her "UNIDENTIFIED INDIVIDUAL DETECTED! IDENTIFY!" Barks the arm "Okay okay! Jeeze! My name is Gina Paige, floran, nineteen years old, engineer, and your master. And you... are my arm." Replies Gina "oh..." Says the arm "that would explain the foreign mechanical inputs. Apologies for the murder attempts mistress Paige, it will not happen again." "I sure hope not.. In the meantime, would you mind deactivating your awareness AI? I just need you as an arm for now..." Replied a relieved but concerned Gina "of course mistress. Deactivating..." As the SAIL turns off, Gina grabs her battle-wrench and steps out of the ship to join the others.

 

"Alright. Blitsen and Keagan, you two can hold down the fort while we're gone. Let's get going, shall we?"

 

Aquari grabs an unfinished bed leg as a weapon. "Sounds good to me."

 

Mikov starts walking into the woods. He draws his pistol.

 

Aquari follows.

 

An odd-looking butterfly lands on Aquari's shoulder.

 

Vox starts whistling a tune.

 

Mikov glances at the butterfly. He observes his surroundings.

 

Aquari tries to brush it off with a free hand.

 

Vox turns to peer at the butterfly.

 

"Hmm...Not every day you see a weird butterfly...."

 

"Just because it's a butterfly doesn't mean it can't be dangerous."

 

Mikov nods grimly. "There are thousands of species of deadly butterflies out there."

 

"Huh... I really hope that isn't some sort of vicious bloodsucker of some sort... 'Cause that would be bad..."

 

Vox nods in agreement.

 

The butterfly begins shooting lasers.
The insects are beginning to get loud.

 

Keagan hurries to catch up with the others. "No way in hell am I staying with that glitch."
