any way to go back to a old save?

I left my computer on last night thinking I turned it off and my game was on and it kept going on and now i'm in year 5, all my animals are mad my farm is overgrown and i missed almost every event. i was on summer year 1 on the 24. is there any way i can get back to that save?

 

If you have SMAPI installed, you can recover the save from save-backups in the game folder. Otherwise it's probably gone. (You could keep playing anyway though; your animals will recover pretty quickly when you resume feeding them, and there's only one event that won't appear after year 1).

 

I do have SMAPI ill check i was mostly mad because i got all the mail for the year and I have quests that I cant complete
