Ancient Seed Recipe Missing

I am playing on iOS and after donating my ancient seed to the museum-I, like many others, did not receive the crafting recipe. I found another artifact and cannot plant it, donate it, or reproduce it. Would greatly appreciate some guidance.

 

The recipe doesn't automatically appear when you donate the Ancient Seed artifact. You have to collect it as a reward from Gunther. You will also get one plantable Ancient Seeds
