Acrid best survivor NA, EU, BR

I was facing Risk of Rain's final boss' second form with Acrid. I used Epidemic, and I think it spread to a bunch of the worms' segments. In a cycle of a few seconds apart, the game's framerate would TANK as the game almost grinded to a halt when what I assume was happening was Epidemic dealing it's periodical damage, with each time making the game freeze for longer and longer. I thought I might actually crash the game if I kept going.

Eventually one of the worms died. Oh, and I beat the game.
