A little thing that disturb me

Hi !
I would like to know if the quartermaster in the pirate ship have to sell thing ? Because when i talk to him he doesn't move at all. So i would like to know if other player have this problem or its just me.

 

I have had this problem too, Haven't figured out what causes it though.

Same. Just the pirate quartermaster. No big mods running, just small replacers/retextures.
