Its not the sprites that are the problem, it you and your attitude towards this game! edit: you're most butt-hurt guy i have ever come across.
Every forum has to have their troll under the bridge, right? Now on the topic. I wonder if one can actually get drunk in this game, considering they seem to have fizzy drinks in there. What would a space pirate be without their precious rum? It might be cool to apply the ragdoll feature they were planning for dying monsters, on drunken people. Falling off a cliff after 'a few' would seem appropriate.
I'm glad to see you taking care of your humans. Food has to be healthy. I'm not sure how you convinced them to put the floran in the group on watch duty. ( Do florans even sleep? ) Anyway thanks for the update. The game shows great building potential.
I'm starting to develop a love/hate relationship with the words finished, testing and tweaks. It's great to see another feature in, and the fact that the team are doing things in a long-sighted way that creates a solid foundation that allows for easy ongoing expansion bodes very well for the game. However- one thing. I'm getting very impatient, not in a bad way, just the game looks so damn fun that I want to get my hands on it now, warts and all.
Will it be possible to carry/lift the breakables? because if you could it would be awesome to make a shooting range!
"We’ve been testing a lot of things with the planetary leveling today, particularly in regards to the hostile mobs that you’ll find on the worlds. One of our foremost objectives is making sure that fighting enemies with a level similar to that of your own gear is challenging, but fun!" = -Planets have levels -Fighting enemies with a level similar to that of your gear should be fun Quite frankly i don't see where you read about foes that scale with your level
I take it the game is already so good you guys just played it through the night, without even noticing. Just kidding, keep on the good work, the game looks so awesome I'm dying to get my hands on it.
That's what they're doing. Each planet has a level, and the enemies scale to the planetary level. I don't think the player even has a level, I think the progression is player skill and gear based, much like Terraria.
If the federal government got their arses in gear with the National Broadband Network, we wouldn't have so much bloody lag. Just sayin'.
