Bug/Issue [1.4 Unstable] Contract Spaceship Encounters Broken

    Title says all; the quest mark appears over the ship, but the game doesn't spawn any NPCs on board.
    Unstable is mostly vanilla- Cutscene Skip and Extra Zoom Levels are the only mods I have installed- and upon inspection of the .Log file, I see this;

    Ship encounters are the only ones affected from what I've seen, since Hideouts and planetary encounters for Bounties are working fine.

    I just want to confirm this so it is known. No one spawned on the ship in the contract I took for ship stuff.
