You can! That's why we made the raceEffects.config file easy to do a pull request to on GitHub. Generally newly supported races go this route. Otherwise, its a matter of when I can get to it.

the better course of action would be to try again and make sure to do it properly. You appear to have used another contributors fork rather than the FR master, which is what caused your problem.

Turns out that I have no idea what I'm doing when doing a FU Addon, so going with what you said. (Despite not getting GitHub)
