The background is gone there, so you can't put blocks in foreground ;)
If you put blocks in background, then it should work again.

i cant walk through this door, there are room with portal, i can't go to another part of ship, background i remove by myself... (was trying to destroy barrier)

Well i tried and it works for me, put the panels maybe back in background. Which other mods do you use? I think it comes from another mod.
