Where can I find and use OpenGL 64-bit?

    I can't find OpenGL in win32 and other folders. Do I have to download it? I want to use it because my Starbound has too much stuttering.

    You are already using opengGL. The 64 bit version is in the win64 folder.

    Starbound.exe is the game.
