I'll admit things went off-topic again even faster than I'd expected.

But I dunno, we still occasionally come up with something genuinely interesting amidst the role-playing and weirdness.

 

That's why I stick around, for the occasional pearl we manage to drag up from the abyss. And if I may ask, what is the topic for this thread. I didn't think it really had one.

So while we're on the subject of serious things, how do Avali handle military enlistment? Are packs raised to be military, do they have mandatory conscription or is enlisting optional?

I'd imagine most avali have militia level combat training, since this suits their nomadic nature best, but it's members of the ADF and associated organizations that I'm curious about.
