Rather, is it going to be open-world? Sandbox? Linear?
Will it be a Metroidvania platformer? Top down? Turn based?

 

RPG, on a quest to defeat a large handful of forum members. Squidgi is boss #2, and her world/realm is the Demon Syndicate.

So do you gain party members from defeating bosses or within levels related to the characters or do you have set members already made?

 

The members I have planned so far are "New user" and "Space Hobo".
New user is the main character and is versatile, while space hobo is the healer and support character.

 

Maybe your title would work for a "veteran" character

The Queen would be Xertra's character, so I can't really rp her for you.

On a side note, if you want to rp with someone, the best way to go about it would be giving them a heads up somehow. That way we dont' accidentally ignore your post. Most of us have Steam accounts, but a post here in the thread works too.

Heat is an element that seems like it could be very useful when yo uthink about it
[T.D.S] [B.B.T.S] Neptz: Think about it. People don't use it because it seems useless in combat and weird to control. However, it has great potential, you just need to find the right moment and right place to use it. Think of it as a child. While everyone sees one as weak and small, it actually has great potential.

I'm not sure if you're implying what I think you're implying, but you do have a lightning attack.

[T.D.S] [B.B.T.S] Neptz: id try to get one of my characters in... but they really arent that powerful except for Nepen, but she hates fighting. Unless she extremely needs to and also I dont have a starbound sprite of any of them. Nepen would be easy to make though...

 

So, due to a lack of sprites, I've decided that the three sprites I got will be minibosses, who will need to be defeated in order to fight Queen What's-her-face.
Normal mobs will be demonic looking randomly generated monsters.
