The Attraction Zone sound effect sounds very familiar . . .

Seriously, load up the game, turn off the music, go grab a staff with Attraction Zone as the special ability, and cast it.

Listen to the "hum" that the area of effect makes . . .

. . . and then listen to the first minute or so of this:

 

It sounds (maybe) like some forms of C minor, A minor, G minor, E minor, or D minor in harmony. Harmony's are impossible to own and are used to give emotion where playing single note melodies just cannot. They probably sound similar because they're both a little hard to distinguish from each other - typically harmonic chords are to most people.
