I'm planning to use ranks once the game is on the second beta stage. TheGreatDevourer has been promoted to Council of Steel member. The clan needs some serious CPR at the moment because we're pretty much the only ones here talking. So SivCorp, are you willing to be a Council of Steel member and help with the improvements to the clan. And ofcourse, inject some more life into it. By let's say, events we can plan.
I've been here, keeping up with the clan... the only problem has been the lack of common interest/goals. I'm sure that will change once the beta moves into the second stage. I was on when the server was running, and even got a decent building up with a tree farm going for RP with my Arial. I like building the most in this game, so I was content to build a massive base, brick by brick. But I can't RP or build with myself very productively... So I guess the issue is what do we all want to do to pass the time whilst we wait on beta stage 2? We can build a main base, or try mods, or just switch out to different games too. I have Starbound, TF2, Terraria, Civ5, Dota2, Path of Exile, and Sins of a Solar Empire on my Steam shortlist. It's really up to the group. I like Starbound, and would like to completely build a city for the clan, but not alone
Yeah I think we don't have much common interests at the current time. I'd vouch for you though Siv if you wanted to be a Council member. However, in my humble opinion, I just think that we should organize getting together's and play on more games than Starbound, like for example War Thunder or Civilization 5, because the Clan feels mostly dead right now.
Makes me wonder where the hell the other Council Members are, but anyways, SivCorp I think you will be a good Council Member since you kept up so long without abandoning the clan. Do you want to join it?
I'm always down for some Civ5 . I do wonder where everyone else is at... Regardless, what are the duties (heh heh, dooties) of the council? I would be fine being on the council, I just wonder if it is simply in name only. I suppose I could plan out the future city of Teras in the mean time...
From what I've gathered, being on the Council means discussing with other Council members on what to do for the Clan as a whole. An example being putting announcements for events, discussing about members, or monitoring the Clan for misbehaving members. I'd also think that we'd have the final say in things, and you're the highest authority in the Clan as well.

I dislike fungus and seafood. My sleeping is not scheduled, and I run Windows 7,8 and IOS on phones. I also carry a Glock .40, so nothing bad has ever happened... to me that is.
