This worked for me, at a rotate time of 60 seconds for tests (note that you have to unload/reload them in order for the stocks to rotate; for example by quitting the world then comming back):

From this, "A planet's day length varies from 12 to 17 minutes in real time". The only way to know exactly would be to use world.dayLength(), world.day() or world.timeOfDay(), which implies Lua scripting, so your easiest bet would be to average at 14*60 or something like that

my mod makes it 86400 ..it mean the game should pass 24 real hours for them to change??

Yes. 60 seconds * 60 minutes * 24 hours = 86400 seconds in a day.

This is regardless of if you spend 24 hours in game or not, it uses the system's time to generate the merchant's seed. An in-game day would be between 840 and 1020 seconds.
