i like the idea of that but especially the raining fish

It's a win-win for both parties involved. Simply by putting this idea forward, that game would be (probably) getting a large boost in publicity too. So, I'm all for it. 2 Games to play, 2 companies supported.

I think that whether or not doing this is a good idea depends on the nature of the game that has been proffered, but in order for it to be a bad one said game would have to be so abysmally dreadful as to cause excessive displeasure in those that would obtain it, which I believe to be unlikely.
In short, and considerably less formally; yes I do think that this sounds like a good idea, and I also think that you should try to do it.

Hey! Rhojojojo Made that Fish sprite for meh! I think. It looked almost the same, regardless!
I'd love to see Raining Fish, (though that's not what this thread is about....)
But Yes, I'd buy another game, as long as it supports Starbound!

It's been three hours by my count since this thread came up and one person shy of 100 say YES! and eight say maybe. I think the communities choice is clear!!

But if the game isn't necessarily something somebody is interested in that wants to support starbound could there maybe be a second method to donate?

Tbh as soon as I registered the first thing I did was look for any option to donate in support I've been coming to the site for a while I just hadn't got around to registering til just recently.

Yah I agree what if someone doesnt want the game, they need a way to donate to. If you wanna give something to them if they donate and dont want the game just give them a bonus of some sort
