Huzzah! Chucklefish, I want you guys to know that there is at least one person who was waiting for this specific update. Many months ago I was working on adding weird environments that'd screw with the player in new ways, and the StatusEffect system looked like it'd be the right route, but I ran into the limits real fast and decided to put things off. I'm very glad my patience is gonna pay off. Thick, viscous, pools of edible fluid? Gas that makes you dizzy? Maybe even ground types with different textures or firmness? I can't wait and thanks for being awesome devs.

Actually if a human is given the nude status effect you would see undies. After all, they're the only vanilla species that has 'em. Try it with a bed that has the cover image blanked out.

The nude statuseffect is actually often used for trolling, because, well. If you get shot whit that you can move or do anything anymore since your character is considered to be in a bed, and you cant get up from it since you are not in it, so basically you're just stuck forever. xD
