Stardew valley glitch

Stardew valley continually crashes when I try to leave the house in the morning. Sleeping again doesn't fix the problem. It started on the 27th of spring in year 2 and has continued to not work on the 1st of summer of the same year. I play it on Xbox One. I think it could be a cutscene that triggers when leaving the house that's glitching then cussing it to crash. I really don't wanna lose the progress I have and I feel that even if I started a new game it would bring me back to the same result. Plz help I don't want this good game to be ruined for me.
