[STABLE UPDATE] April 25, 2014

No problems with the update here (linux, 64 bit.) Bon voyage to the build server and anyone moving!

 

Well I'm glad we get updated here on the forums, now, too.

Thank you for the update!
I think most of us know moving is a hard thing.
And I for one think you guys deserve the time to adjust and to settle in.

In the end Starbound will be a great game that I will play for years.
Keep up the good work!

 

This next update is going to make me feel giddy enough to make a new character, craft a giant hammer, and finally play whack-a-monstrocity like I've been waiting to do since last year!

And what with still not working nvidia cards? (fps)

 

I have Nvidia and it works fine o.o

 

Some Nvidia cards gives low framerates when they have multithreaded optimization (or w/e the setting is called) on. I disabled it and it runs alot smoother for me

What kind of Nvidia card do you have? I'm having a laptop GeForce GT 555M

 

I got a stable update today. Is that just this, but stable?

 

Wow, wouldn't it be cool if changelogs were posted at the same time that updates are pushed?
Then maybe I'd know what to be looking for in this new stable update...

yay! now i can finally roll back my OS (because mavericks is sooooo bad, don't get me started) without losing starbound!!

To those developers who moved to the UK; WELCOME and thank you for changing such a huge part of your lives to make this game even better

 

I guess it's no big deal, but Steam players who don't lurk forums, twitter or reddit have no idea what is going, as anyone can see on the community boards. Would one of the two community moderators take 2 min to post the changelogs on the Steam page, like, you know, virtually all other game developers into early access do right now? What is wrong with you people, do you want to alienate your fans? Because that's how you alienate your fans..

It's extremely laggy with my Nvidia card as well, so I have to use the Intel HD integrated card on my laptop, and it works a bit better.

 

Oooo, my unstable branch is updating!!! it's been stuck for 2 months on update 6 for some reason. Now it says update 8. So happy!!!!

Although... isn't the unstable branch on like update 12 or something now?
