Ummmm. Kind of? I have experiance with photoshop just by messing around in in for a few years, but I don't practice enough (among other things) to be considered an artist. I probably would if I decided to buy a tablet though :/

Just so I don't get this wrong here, your character is a type of royal knight? If so do you want some over the top knight-ish armour? Well we glitches don't really have a brains, we have something more like what Sir. Biron Tinalot said, a brain/memory/AI chip, one of those.
