Modding Help [Solved can be closed] Modded planet without a terrestrial_world.config.patch ?

EDIT : kinda solved (in a way) , you can close/delete that topic.

Hello , since some time i work on a modded planet , and didnt see change applied to my terrestrial_world.config.patch , so i've start thinking my own work troll me and use an another hidden file , so i tried delete the terrestrial_world.config.patch and my mod still work...

How is it possible ? i'm totally lost
