Modding Help Set Hair/Skin color for NPC spawns [Solved]

I have some NPC's with odd heads, Rodians, Zabrak, Twilek, etc from the Star Wars universe. Is there a way to get tenants to spawn with the same color skin as hair, so twileks do not end up with purple skin and green lekku?

 

As far as I know, the only way to do that is to implement their hair the same way as Novakid hair/coronas, which automatically have hair that matches their "skin".
