Modding Help Remove the Fine sand effect from the sandstorm

Hello!
Well... this is the first thread I do and I don't know if this is the place to make this questions but...
There's some mod or something to remove the Fine sand effect from the Sandstorm weather?

I have some constructions in some desertic planets and the sandstorms block all the doors and cover all the things outside.
It's really annoying when you need to remove all the mess from the doors and you accidentally break something.

 

I believe I know where to disable it, give me a few and I should have something worked up.
