There is a part of the Community Center where you can walk through the wall. There is a black barrier tile right beside it so it seems like a rushed accident. This will also clean up the way the billboard 'comes out of the wall'. This is only for the refurbished version. I meant to include this in VIP but the center couldn't be handled with ALL so maybe in the future it will be added to that mod along with the other variations of the center but for now... here it is!
