Rain rain go away

    So far the beta looks amazing and i played for 8 hours straight after it came our (no joke my steam says so) and the only problems i really have with it so far are that it takes a really long time to load in and IT RAINS TO MUCH. OMG. Seriously if anyone else thinks that it rains like every 5 minutes and the rain lowers fps a bunch (like 10 frames which is a lot on my crappy computer) reply and do the poll.

    I have a pretty awful PC and haven't noticed a difference in FPS when it rains.
