I don't know anything about tech issues but did you recently install something? That's probably where the issue comes from. You may need to take out whatever you put in and retrace your steps.
Just so you know, screenshotting that tells all the friendly troubleshooters here absolutely nothing, instead post your log as explained there.
Take all your mods out, then add them in one by one until you find the mods that crash the game, and either remove those mods or find an updated version, continuing with every mod. It's tedious and boring, yes, but it worked for me. I'm not so tech-savvy though...so take my advice loosely.
@YouthSprout As Voltaic123 mentioned; the actual error logs would be more helpful. For future reference on Windows: %appdata%\StardewValley\ErrorLogs\ But, you can make out just enough from your recent screenshot to tell that it's because you're also using an old version of Stardew Valley. Update it to the most recent version. v1.2.x On Steam it's v1.2.30; not sure about GOG.
That means you have a old version of SDV, you need to update both or mods will rapidly stop being compatible.
