    One of my sessions in Starbound, I found a Novakid town on a frozen world that had a wasteland biome (I don't thin the world type or biome made a difference), its just that it happens to be one of the rarest structure types along side human camps.

    If you find a Novakid town, scan everything you can and try to recruit one for your crew, or you may not find another for a long time.
