RELEASED Ningen Race Mod 1.8a

It's not a mod, it's a third party character editor. As far as I know, it worked.

Take some care when upgrading your ship to Falcon Class though. It's probably unrelated to Ningen, as I also had a ship mod, but when I upgraded, it reverted to the normal human ship and I lost most of what I had placed. But it's probably unrelated to Ningen.

 

It worked on Spirited, but not yet tried on Pleased. Or if ever, we'll have to mod it all together for Pleased, as it introduced some more elements that they may need.

It's been barely a couple days since the update, it's normal that many mods need an update. Be patient.

Or we may always ask Odabutsu to make a Pleased Giraffe spinoff of her Ningen race! I'm currently doing armor sprites for the Ningens & to Frackin' Universe, and here's hoping for a crowd effort.

 

Managed to get parts of it working in Pleased Giraffe as a human race replacer but only as far as character appearance and starting clothing. Anything more is beyond my non-existent modding skills currently and it's no substitute for the real thing.

 

Kill confirmed this mod does not work in current update. it is a very sad day for me.. i cant play without this mod and the pinafore dresses. ssomeone please ressurect!

 

I come from the Kemono Race mod also bringing ill tidings. Truly hope both mods are updated soon. I'm really worried....ODABUTSU's last action on this forum was in May.

Edit: Actually! I think I fixed it myself by using your patch for Ningen. Gonna do a little more testing first when I get back home.

 

i have a problem! i cant upgrade my matter manipulater to 2nd frm with 10 copper bars! i have 35!
i post this here becuase im using the ningen race.

Some of the AI dialog wasn't updated in the quick fix, it seems. Despite what the AI is saying, you need the new Manipulator Modules that you can find/create. You'll also need Upgrade Modules to upgrade your ship, instead of whatever the AI says.

Will this mod be updated some time soon? ;o I'd like to use it with up to date stuff and additional clothes, perhaps Ningen villages...
