Hi modders! I have played Terraria for over 300 hours with three of my friends, and I'm sorry to say that 10%-20% of that time was spent organizing all of our junk so that it could actually be usable. I hate that I have to spend time doing organizing chests instead of exploring, building, and having fun. Could we create a mod for an infinite, sortable chest that eliminates the need for any management beyond dumping your loot. I picture something similar to the current character inventory system except with infinite space and maybe more sorting granularity than 5 tabs. Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't see how having to manage your inventory adds anything to the game. It's just a time-wasting chore. Some game mechanics just need to disappear. Password saves, "score", and unskippable cutscenes met their due fate, you are next inventory management!
