how do you merge this mod with the new ores from industrialization starbound edition

 

I have irritated koala, and there is no mods folder :/

 

You didn't update to Offended Koala or Angry Koala? You should do that.

 

Ok, now I have angry koala, but there is still no mods folder

 

Maybe you should try re-installing then, or validating your files through steam. There should be one labeled mods with a blank txt file in it named mods_go_here by default.

 

Maybe it's, because I have got a cracked game (I wanted to test before I buy the original)

This mod is just the best. If I want to play and explore the world I can just use more fuel, if I wana quickly get up to where I had been before a wipe I use the big ore flood.
I love it.

 

I love messing around with this mod I once disabled everything but made diamonds enabled EVERYTHING WAS DIAMONDS And how can I edit surface ores and deeper ores? and what is the maximum?

 

9.99 is the max value I believe. The depth levels in that file are "surfaceOres", "subsurfaceOres", "deepsurfaceOres", "depth1", "depth2", and "depth3"

That's what 9.99 on every ore on every depth looks like, just open the oredistributions file with notepad++ and change the values to 9.99

 

Alright. So its possible to make only 1 ore generate more then others? When I look into the code with notepad++ I see overwrite this file with All that mumbo jumbo and if I take the mod away will the settings still be the same or do i have to reinstall?

 

Yes. Just look at it and you can see settings for all the ore for all the depths, just make the one you want have a higher value at the depth you'd like.

This edits the world gen and said gen is saved with the planet. So if you load a world with this mid, then uninstall the mod, the world will still be flooded with ore, but all other worlds are normal.
