Modding Help Making a weapon only craftable by a specific race?

Is there any way as of right now to make certain things only craftable by specific races?

It's currently in the game, but as of yet I have no idea how. Every mod or unpacked asset I look at tells me nothing to say there's any action that makes it so. It's just a bunch of recipes on a long list with no modifier that says "Only this race crafts this"... and I have tried to look around but it's gotten me nowhere at all...

What am I missing here?
