Lost Bookmarks. Can't find home planet and outpost

Hello. I've had a energy issue at my neighborhood and my computer suddenly turned off while I was playing starbound. The thread is: I lost all of my bookmarks and can't find my home planet. I followed a lot of tutorials online, but I can only reach the second planet I had visited, not the first one where my tools where. Furthermore, I can't find outpost coordinates on the storage/universe folder, thus I can't complete my quests and use the stores that were there. Please, help me.
