Was working on a Avian ship. Trying to go for an 'Ancient Technomagic' look to it. I've only filled up these rooms and that's about it so far. Kind of stumped for what I should do for the rest. Any ideas? I do have another room with a Healing Water pool for resting in.
All I can think of now whenever I see an Avian ship, especially with how the final upgrade looks, is "IT'S THE GOA'ULD!"
Sacrificial chamber, final resting place, supply room, crew quarters, throne room and maybe a engine room. I'm sure I'd have more to say if I had played Avian but I hope this helps.
I love my clumsy Space Train... ...but i hate wires. Hate them so much. And it isn't even half of the wiring
Here's my Kestrel class human ship. It's only still a Kestrel class because the Penguin Bay is yet to offer me further upgrades.
Granted, a bit more work here and there might be needed in regards to the walls for the storage, dining and kitchen areas, but as it were now. Also my crew, save for the nice apex doctor are having quite a good time with their eternal Summer break. It must have been the pool. They always stay at the lowest level for the pool.
After upgrading my Novakids ship to it's full extend, it stayed mostly empty for a while, because I had no idea how to properly fill it with stuff. Than it hit me: Microdungeons! While I used the admin commands to spawn certain things, it was still a really nice challenge to work with the limited space. In the wagons from back to front we have: A small relaxing abode in a hylotl-stile. A relaxing oasis of silence and comfort, to read some books, stroke the cat, drink a cup of tea and go treasure hunting in the mountain, if the mood for adventure strikes you. Next we have a real complete fuel-mine! With living quarters for the miner, the mine itself, even a semi hidden treasure chest like in the Erchius Mining Facility! Then my favorite part and highlight: The Temple of an old nearly forgotten goddess. You enter through a waiting area, climb up to the altar-room for a ritual washing before you ascend to the inner sanctum of the shrine. The next carriage is a small castle. It includes small quarters for a servant, a forge, a huge kitchen area (the main reason for the castles existence, really) and the quarters of the castles lady. I'm not really happy with this part and might redo it, if I get a better idea. Finally, the train engine. Its mostly for storing and crafting and kept in an outpost-stile. It also includes the small quarters of the trains pilot and the cockpit of course.
My little shuttle for one of my characters: Cockpit area has a 270 degree vertical and horizontal field of view with minimal obstructions due to consoles and support structures. Otherwise, contains a small bedroom with a TV and locker, and an engine room which is an airlock itself.
First, we have an addition to the kitchen, which is the freezer. Then we have the Time-Out room, conveniently located at the far right of the restaurant to store your annoying children while you eat. If the Time-Out room is full, you can send your children to the arcade, where they can play all of the wonderful games shown above. Finally, we have the WIP night-club above the arcade.
