Actually weren't telegrams all in capital letters? I don't actually know, I only know of them from The Sound of Music and I hear you get one from the queen in the UK if you're lucky enough to turn 100.

Nope, you look so young. Telegram is a messaging app like whatsapp. you can download it from any app store, available for android, ios and windows.
