Elyan jumps back from the water, eager to keep his bandages dry. "Careful now, I can't get water on me here...."

 

Some water gets on Dumbledalf and a small flower starts to grow out of his shoulder.

 

Ra grits his teeth, and the smoke stops. "How... Much?"

 

"Allow me to explain." Hexed looks around at the group. "You're all going to be embarking on a long, harsh quest for me. It'll all pay off in the end, I promise."

 

"How do you even know what we're even after?"

 

"Is there loot in the end?"

 

"I'm in. Beats sitting around diddling with potions all day. What is it?"

 

Alazia perks up at the mention of cash. She walks alluringly towards the suit of armor. 'Anything you want, mister.'

 

"Well I'm not. That ancient Stargazer temple was the key to my mission!"

 

" Chętny. Where do us go?"

 

Elyan conceals the phrase "Woman of the night" in a convincing coughing fit.

 

"I gave you a new key. Use it."

Hexed looks around at the rest of the group. "You will all be retrieving an eyeball for me."

 

'From whom? I'll rip it out of their head, if need be.'

 

"From what? Dragons? Kestrels? Litches?"

 

Eyeball...
Arachnus looks over at Ra, considering acquiring one from him.

 

"A colossal four legged beast that lives underground."

 

Ra frowns, unamused.

 

"Oh. Splendid."
