Bug/Issue Inventory disappeared

    So I was playing on my legit starbound account from steam. I was walking on a ice planet and wanted to restart my character ( just main menu and back NOT the game) so I did that and I think this led to a problem: I lost everything but my weapons. i even lost my bandages and stuff. What can cause this glitch bug to occur and what is the way to fix this??
