That's the first questline plan. That or maybe the thieves guild.

 

The dark brotherhood. I still remember when I was going to be recruited but sadly I never sleep.

 

What loot can be gotten from that? I've never finished that, and the wiki's unclear. Also, do you become the leader of it ever?

 

I played oblivion a long time ago and can't remember much. In skyrim you get shadowmere among weapons and becoming leader. In oblivion I'm 100% there is shadowmere.

 

Okay, looking around more at the wiki it looks like there might be some loot, but I don't think you can become leader, and it looks like most of it's leveled so it's not a good starting quest. And it seems tedious. I might get him started on it early, and he does one of the quests every so often.

 

Yea. The leveled weapons of DB is the best. Wait til later perhaps.

 

Wait, Is Oblivion any good? I have never played it.

Awesome. I remember passing the gates of oblivion when I was like 8. Didn't understand shit but it was awesome. Though if you played Skyrim you can't really play Oblivion anymore. Mostly cuz of SKyrim's controls that make Oblivion's seem bad.

Leveling is also completely different, you need to level your choosen skills in order to level up.

Which is a bit weird for me, but overall game is nice.

 

That's actually how they use to do it, Morrowind had perfected it, Oblivion had made it easier, then Skyrim got rid of it completely. :/

 

I ate an oreo once, then I took a cookie to the knee.

If you do SI first, the unique sword you get levels to you whenever it changes forms, making it worthwhile to get early game.

 

i wish they made a shivering isles type expansion for Skyrim, i spent so much time there in oblivion.
