If he was able to talk with steam chat, then he can defiantly post on the forums. You can't use steam chat with mobile device, but I know you can post stuff here with it.

I did some homework during my off period today, once I was done and striking through the homework entries in the planner I keep I realized I did my Japanese homework through Wednesday.

You're also not taking into account how the forums aren't optimized for mobile devices.

His connection was up and down, was simpler for me to post it as the device had trouble with forums.
My phone does the same, it can load steamchat, but often locks up here on the forums.

 

apart from extreme pain, there's not really any major damage it can do, once you're out of the water. if you're still in the water, though, there's a high chance that you'll go into shock, and either that will kill you, or you'll drown. luckily, i was near the beach when it happened.

 

Well, at least that's the case, still sucks... :c

 

it's nothing new, to me. also, I'm Australian, it comes with the job.
