So, I was attempting to wait for requests to slow down a little before I asked, but of course, they've only gotten faster. So I'll just do it anyway. Can you draw a character off of a physical description, or do you require a reference image?

 

I would recommend photobucket....it works nicely

I finished @Draikken 's picture! I'm trying to speed things up, so it's much smaller and more compact than usual. I also tried really hard to make use of Featherdust's advice on Avali, so hopefully it came out looking Avalier.

You could give him some more representation of feathers by his arms more...

 

Basically this. Some of the feathers also look a bit too fine, for example, the tail's feathers could be separated more in some spots like you did at the top.
Other than that, great!

Is there anyway that I could have this done?

If it's possible, I'd like a holo display (something like this) in front of him if it's not too much to ask.
