    Like the Apex rebells who only live in the Bone biome (surface!), the Teletubbies live only in the Rainbow biome. As both biomes may be difficult to find sometimes, it is not suprising that most people don't encounter them for a long time.

    And the Rainbow biome is found ONLY on desert worlds, so there's that.

    But I've run into enough of them random-planet-hopping to gather up a nice supply of Rainbow items.
