I Have A Theory (SPOILERS)

    My theory is, at the end of starbound, during the credits, you see a picture of Esther Bright, a character (which would be you) , and the rest of the races you get at the Protectorate Garden Tree. Heres the picture:

    So my theory is that earth was not completely destroyed by The Ruin, there was in fact a bit of it left.
    Put below what you guys think.

    This ark styled floorings ruin your theory about this picture, sadly. This tree can be just "photoshopped" to this picture as a reminder and symbol of old Terane Protectorate or (crazy theory time!) maybe Nuru is a Greenfinger and just grown this tree to Esther (again for memories and as a symbol). :nuruhappy:

    Or Esther kept some seed of that tree.
    But, @steve257988, the Earth IS destroyed, unfortunatly and as far as we know
