    I'm guessing you found this thread by searching for mod dependencies and that's why you're posting here, right? :p

    I don't know for sure, but it sounds a lot like you've got mods that depend on each other in order to run. Like, Mod A depends on Mod B, Mod B depends on Mod C, and Mod C depends on Mod A. Or something. Are you getting any errors in your starbound.log file?

    EDIT: For any future readers, we are at Beta version Enraged Koala right now, in case you run into similar issues and need to troubleshoot.
