Modding Help How to kill NPC's through code and edit stats of NPC's etc?

A person gave me code to be able to kill NPC's which I have no idea how to add into the game? Does anyone know where I need to add/change the code to kill NPC's?

Also on another note, how do I change the stats of the NPC's?

I want to change it back to the days where I was able to kill colony's and they weren't able to resist the strongest sword in the game haha.

 

Can you show the command? Did you try to use it in game instead of making a mod?
