Happy b'day!

It's gonna be 30 degrees here so we put the birds outside and made them wet.
It's a sight to behold.
And a symphony for the ears.

Read: they now look ugly beyond words and anything and everything will trigger the parrot to make noise.

Wish I could keep my hands still enough to make a video that won't be so shaky it'll give people motion sickness.

EDIT: Tried to make a bit of a video (I know someone who practically demands I do so) and well....
It worked fine with the parrot because I had made a pillar of buckets to get it to the right height, but when I tried to make a video of the parakeet by hand my usual shakiness kicked in which ruined it all.

How people can mange to keep their hands still is beyond me.

There, made a proper video, by not touching my phone at all.
I also hosed my own leg down again.
Today is not my day.

Just teach it to bite, tailwhip, bubble, and surf. Boom, it'll forget overheat for one of those.

 

But doesn't that mean it will either close on your fingers, use one of the attached cables to whip you, blow bubbles out of the fan ports, or search things on the internet out of it's own?
I mean, overheat isn't the best thing, but I'm not sure it'd be a huge improvement on that.

 

I was thinking more along the lines of give it a mouth to try to bite you with, a tail to whip you with, a bubble machine to bubble with, and throw it in the ocean and hope it floats.

 

If your laptop suddenly gets a mouth and teeth, a tail and a bubble machine, I'd sincerely hope it would do anything but float in the ocean.

EDIT: Potatonet strikes again. 50 minutes to upload a 6 minute long 983mb video of a wet parrot.

 

WAIT! It doesn't need to float, or surf! SPLASH! So yeah, that step's easier.

 

So it dumps a load of water of coffee into the keyboard on it's own to save you the trouble?

 

No, it makes a splash as you throw it into the water. And thus, forgets how to overheat!
