good tactics to keep yourself from dying

    So new starbound players, want some advice to not die, repeatedly?

    Well, I reccomend, build your crafting stations ON YOUR SHIP, monsters can't bother you there, second, little metal crates appear on the surface of pretty much every planet, you get weapons from them, DO NOT ignore these. Weapons are vital to your survival. and finally, once you can survive the underground, mine ores and get armor. Make this your priority before doing any quests.
