Bug/Issue Generation bug

Recently since the 1.0.4 update, me and my friend have been having various bugs when playing starbound, most of them becoming more frequent as the days have gone on, for example, on my single player game AND playing on a dedicated server we host with friends, my planets now lack generating different biomes past the biome that you spawn on when entering a new planet and this goes on until you reach that starter biome again, the only thing that's consistently generating is dungeons but they'll be surrounded by barren biome too. Even when you dig into the planet, the planet is completely barren underneath too, apart from the first biome, i'm unsure if this fixable but it's becoming more frequent on any planet that isnt mostly ocean based, as i've tried exploring planets within other stars but they're all experiencing the same barren biome glitch
The more annoying bug has been happening to my friend where her game doesn't even load anymore properly without recieving an error log, and even after playing for a few minutes, the game will close due to a client bug and this happens to me as well if I try connecting to her, more annoyingly, she can't explore planets anymore for more than 30 seconds without being teleported back to her ship and this has also been occuring on the dedicated server too, she has tried resetting her files in the universe folder so she could start fresh in a new universe, but the bug soon came back within 1hour of her exploring a new generated universe

I'm unsure if i've made any sense with these bugs or if they're even bugs, but any help on fixing any of these issues would be much appreciated, thank you

p.s i'm unsure if this will be of any relevance but both of us use windows, not OS X

    we also use mods on our games, the same mods we used since we first started playing starbound so were unsure if any of them are now causing our game to break, but here's a list if you know that these may be at fault;
. Avian drumsticks + Tail feathers
    . Extra zoom levels
    . Universal uncrafter
    . Ground-penetrating Rador station
    . Improved containers
    . Invisable clothes
    . colorbound

here are some links to the image of the bugs we've been receiving

Barren is nearly in every sub biome so it can be considered bad luck during generation according to the terrestrial_worlds.config. Hard to say if it is a bug that barren is chosen so often.
As for the other problem it seems to be something graphic card related. (Maybe an intel chipset?)

I highly doubt its bad luck, this has only occured since the 1.0.4 update and its been every single planet i've been on since the update that they've only consisted of one biome that you spawn upon, apart from say 1 or 2 dungeons spawning, also within a barren biome, i'd understand it being okay on a small planet, but this even happens on a generated large planet, so it's becoming highly irritating if you can only play on planets that mostly consist of a liquid as those are technically just one huge biome anyways,

on a side note, when a planet has usually spawned a barren biome for me in the past, after digging a short while, you at least come to the underground biomes, none of these planets have even generated underground planets, they're basically just repeats of barren planets you can land on to build

Well it seems then that the barren parts are selected everytime...personally i didn't run into this issue. Can you provide me the coords of said planets?

here's the planet those screenshots were taken from, i'll relocate the other one's later as they're on a variety of stars so i'd have to refind them

*hopefully the post updated thingy works* *cross fingers*
So after looking on 3 planets in the system i didn't encounter a barren biome on the surface. I did the testing without any mods.

    EDIT: aaand it works not...

Hello, I'm the friend mentioned in the first post. Besides some slight lag problems on single player, Starbound has been working alright for me since the 1.0 release, but ever since the 1.0.4 update, the lag issues have increased a ton, and I've been experiencing crashes and errors such as: http://prntscr.com/c27g3y and http://prnt.sc/c1oqvd
I don't recall experiencing any crashes or errors before now.

Here's the log of my most recent attempt at playing on the character with the planet issue:
    http://pastebin.com/raw/6hn525Yt
I tried exploring a fresh planet, after a little bit of walking around, everything besides my character paused for a moment before automatically beaming me back to my ship. It does this with every planet and moon I've visited since this began. Beams me back to my ship after random amounts of time, but a short enough time to make it impossible to play properly anymore. The only time I've been able to explore a planet since this problem began is when my friend joined me and explored with me, however the lag was far too bad for her to make any use of that. It happens to me on a dedicated server as well as single player.

I started a new character today and, although I have yet to travel to a different star, I'm able to explore the planets in my first system, but the game has crashed once on that character as well (see the first link I posted).

    I'm playing on a laptop.

    Operating System
    Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1
    CPU
    Intel Core i3 2350M @ 2.30GHz
    Sandy Bridge 32nm Technology
    RAM
    6.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24)
    Motherboard
    Hewlett-Packard 17F9 (CPU1)
    Graphics
    Generic PnP Monitor (1366x768@60Hz)
    Intel HD Graphics 3000 (HP)
1024MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 7400M Series (HP)
    CrossFire Disabled

    So far I've tried:
    - Reinstalling the game.
    - Verified integrity of game cache on Steam.
    - Used a backup from the 4th August (don't have any that go further back).
    - Removed everything in the universe folder to start fresh.

Considering removing mods but all of my friends have the same ones as me and, as far as I know, it still works for them, except for what Jawrdayn has talked about in her posts.

My ship is full of crap, so I assume some of the lag problems is because of that. Would be nice if I could keep the progress made on this character and continue playing properly.

Sorry if this isn't enough information, please let me know if I need to try anything else.

According to your planet issue: Did you remove any mods that adds new monsters?

This IS caused by mods as seen on few other threads (sorry, i'm a bit too lazy to find exact threads).
So far as I can see some mods can ruin game if mods are loading in wrong order. Also I can add that Invisible Clothes (Nudity Overhaul) and Drumsticks + Tail Feathers aren't really compatible mods as they both change Avian sprites.

Try to fly far far away (with problematic char) into stars you've never been and check if it still crashes.
And i mean, REALLY far away (heck, use like 2 full fuel storages on that if you want xD get crazy).

Nope. I don't think we installed any that add new monsters, but I might be wrong as I just installed what my friends had so we all matched.

Ahhh okay, thank you for letting me know. I'll probably remove one of those in that case. Is there a way to make them load in the right order? What makes them load in the wrong order?

Haven't done this yet, but I will if this problem continues.

My friend thinks I might be bugging out because I had this pet following me around, it's called Floki on the Wiki: http://prntscr.com/c2d9ii
I caught it in this Challenge Room: http://community.playstarbound.com/threads/challenge-door-whatll-you-pick.105544/
It shows up in my error logs before crashing, so I stored it and went to explore some fresh planets, and I haven't been beamed up today so far, was playing as normal until I had a crash while beaming back to my ship from the Outpost after doing the Revisit Weapon Testing Site mission. Here is the log for that: http://pastebin.com/raw/bAFmBdxs
He thinks the five pet tethers on my ship with the following pets using them might be a problem too, so I've put them all away for now and I'll see how that goes.
    Pets in question:
    - Fennix
    - Ignome
    - Lilodon
    - Unknown
    - Unknown
    - Spookit

Floki can be the culprit here. The crash seems to happen when floki starts falling.

Well well well. Isn't Floki no longer supposed to be avalaible in normal gameplay?

Umm... This ISN'T how Ignome look... And I know as I have it following me all the time... :nuruconfused:
