Game crashes while launching

I just bought the game today and have been unable to play it at all. I have tried countless things to fix it, giving certain files administrative rights, uninstalling and reinstalling, directly launching the game from the file, launching it from win32 file, Verified Integrity Of Game Files, turned off firewalls, etc and I always get the same message

Has anyone had the same problem or know how to fix it? Would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
