So I was wondering today, are these zappers going to be a bit of a tazer or an instant high-voltage deep fry, and can the inflicted damage be set by owner and mitigated by equipment?

Forgive me if I'm just being stupid here, but could the apex in the OPs image have something to do with the whole easter egg code thing going on with the character creator? I ask because I've tried to make said Apex in the character creator, and unless I'm just doing something wrong (just woke up so I guess it's possible) it can't be done. Those clothes aren't selectable from what I can see.
Does her design look familiar to anybody?
Of course, the clothes in the image could also just not yet be implemented to the character creator we have.

I think it's the latter- we simply don't have those clothes in our forum character generator.
It was said somewhere that the in-game character generator and the forum one differ in content.

The picture itself reminds me of Aperture testing labs (mostly because of that area behind the glass pane)
And yea, it would be cool if the door in that area was somehow workable.

 

Who's a modder and willing to make a portal gun mod after release? Or even implement it in game as a thing!
