Bug/Issue [Fixed in 1.3.1] Nav console freezing/being unresponsive on certain planet

When clicking a certain planet to display information the nav console UI freezes and then becomes unresponsive until you reopen it.
Right clicking to move to the planet does not work either. Can move around and access other planets freely.

To note, this is the only unexplored planet in my system. Have not tried other systems due to not progressing far enough in the game.

Tried relaunching and rebooting the device. Manages to reproduce the issue in all my tests.

Mods used: Familiars, xbawks-mode character creator.

Specs:
FX-8350
8GB RAM
RX 480 8G

Error logs attached bellow. Both mention an error with bookmarks.

 

Gas giant bug fixed with 1.3.1 patch. Thanks!
